90 minute Kundalini Activation | 2 Facilitators

What is a Kundalini Activation?

This is a powerful energy transmission that activates your own vital life-force (Kundalini) energy. This is a technique to support your own healing and spiritual growth.

This energy is within you and has been since birth. It is the most transformative energy we have available to us. As it begins to awaken - your body, mind, and spirit respond, bringing emotions and limiting beliefs into your awareness that may have been holding you back to living life to your full potential.

I like to describe this not as you gaining anything - you are already perfect and whole. This is simply being held in a safe place to let go of everything you have picked up along the way (pain, grief, fear), which is not who you truly are.
